Spearheaded numerous departmental activities including mechanical and electrical engineering, external manufacturing, production, QM, and commissioning. Led international large EPC projects in the automatic and pharmaceutical industry. Designed, scheduled, and optimized robotic systems and oversaw construction and commissioning. Cultivated business partnerships with Propack and Servolift. Integrated ABB, Kuka, Motoman, Robotec, and robot systems. Directed and tracked the full project lifecycle including planning, controlling, start-up and commissioning.

Completed all projects within the automotive and pharmaceutical industry on time and budget.
• Established the first fully automatic bin cleaning machine with full 21 CFR 11 compliance for the European and US market.
• Consolidated sales in the US-Pharmaceutical market for fully automatic cleaning and drying machines and ensured adherence with GMP and FDA regulations.
• Designed and implemented complex engineering solutions within the automotive industry for handling and packing of blister, cartons, and palettes.
• Developed handling and robot systems for the automotive industry: jigs, tables, production lines.
• Successfully established a QM department.
• Built special conveyers for blister, boxes, etc, as well as fully automatic cleaning machines with inclusive drying and cooling, in compliance with GMP, FDA, 21CFR, Part 11, ASTM, ASME, etc.
• Created software design with visualization on Panel view.
