Supervised ~14 direct project managers as well as 140 employees and subcontractors. Conducted risk assessments of external production resources to identify risks and mitigation strategies. Cultivated strategic relationships with global clients. Facilitated training sessions for management. Directed large Nuclear EPC projects. Headed recruitment activities including interviewing candidates to fill department vacancies, as well as resolved quality and performance issues. Led proposal, contract review, kick-off, and regular progress meetings around the world regarding technical, commercial, and operational projects. Hold full P&L responsibility and monitored spending/costs and project schedule. Conducted strategic negotiations with customers to gain technical or commercial details. Coordinated and tracked tasks between internal and external departments including construction, calculation, QM, purchasing, and fabrication.

• Strategically resolved an issue for a company in Switzerland (subsidiary head quarters based in Los Angeles, CA, USA) to adapt to a significant increase in sales in different nuclear departments.
• Optimized the production (decreased lead time up to 50%) of main sub suppliers.
• Setup proper communication across and within departments.
• Finalized all projects to the highest satisfaction of customers and within time and budget .
• Created a back-up plan for external resources on construction sites by creating a global joint venture with various construction companies.
