Southa Ltd. – Incinerators for HongKong Government

Exceptionally large EPC project including design, installation, and commissioning of ten units of incinerators for Hong Kong’s largest crematory. It was a joint venture between a German supplier and a Hong Kong supplier.
Led and directed activities between both countries within numerous departments including 42 employees and various subcontractors. Identified and resolved crucial issues.
• Handed over the project of 42 Mio Euro to the Hong Kong Government.
• Successfully installed and commissioned equipment and processes within time and budget
